Joslyn North Mine Project
CALGARY (Canada), February 4th – Iter Fidelis and Oxand will support an energy company with the Joslyn North Mine Project. From 2014 onwards, for a period of twenty years, the energy company will produce bitumen from oil sand fields in Alberta, a province of Canada. The bitumen can be processed and refined to oil. Although this process is less efficient then the extraction of crude oil, it’s remains economically attractive when one considers the high and expected long term price development (increases) of oil.
The adopted chosen way of work requires a multidisciplinary approach. One where chances of identified risks, when possible, can be quantified in probability distributions, while the impact is expressed in a limited set of parameters, such as OPEX (OPerational EXpendature), CAPEX (CApital EXpendature) and NPV (Net Present Value). This way, risks are recognized and made manageable and comparable in an early stage. Iter Fidelis adds value to this project by providing support and guidance with her experience in large, complex and multidisciplinary projects.

VIANEN, January 17th – We’ve left Ahoy Rotterdam with a satisfied feeling. The four days at the exhibition InfraTech 2011 have resulted in a success for us. We have met new relations, strengthened existing relationships and re-established lost relationships. And now, back to work.
If it’s up to Iter Fidelis, 2011 will be the year of integrated asset management. In close cooperation with Oxand, we shall give the sectors Transport and Energy an immense boost through risk driven, practical advice.
The international and cross-sector cooperation with Oxand will acquire more attention, what will be beneficial for the client. Worldwide solutions are always within reach. Besides that, we will concentrate on the sectors Transport and Energy. Both organizations have in recent years gained a lot of experience, which will be shared and used in both branches.
What is the plan? We will lengthen the good start we made in 2010 by continuing to build sustainable relationships and strengthen our status as sparring partners in complex infrastructure projects. Our vision how to reach these objectives is by developing, implementing and assisting in applying risk driven asset management. Our main goal is to help both clients and contractors to end their projects on a sustainable way. New is our purpose to take part in the financial risks of the project, whether this means sharing profit or loss.

Reorganization
VIANEN, January 3rd - Iter Fidelis, an OXAND group company, announces its reorganization to face the fast growth and related challenges to serve its clients in asset, ageing and risk management of transport, energy infrastructures and real estate. From 3rd of January, Iter Fidelis is now managed by a board of 3 co-founder directors : Sander Sieswerda is in charge of business development, Edwin Timmer is the chief operating officer and Antoine De Tauriac (from Oxand group) acts as chief financial officer.
Reinforcing the development of OXAND group in north of Europe and in system engineering, this organization facilitates the reactivity and the decisions requested processes by the clients and the markets. Hans De Jonge, formerly the managing director of Iter Fidelis from 2008 to 2010 is leaving the company, remaining in connection with OXAND group.

Iter Fidelis presents Asset Management at InfraTech 2011
VIANEN, December 13th - From Januari 11 till 14 Januari you can find Iter Fidelis at the InfraTech of 2011 in Ahoy Rotterdam (The Netherlands).
InfraTech 2011 is an exhibition for the civil engineering industry. Principles, contractors, suppliers and knowledge institutes; for each link in the chain InfraTech is the ideal place for the infrastructure sector to meet. The central theme this year, is: Cooperation in the Infra Chain.
Iter Fidelis is also present on the InfraTech. Stand 537 in hall 5 is entirely devoted to structured asset management. Iter Fidelis shows what she does best: practical, sensible advice and translate them into functional asset management.
Systems Engineering, Stakeholder Management, Maintenance Management, Contract Management, Tender Management, FMECA and RAMS analysis. This is a random selection from the work we think asset management is about.
